GOD has given me a message and a framework for helping people and coaching them for fulfillment and significance. It is what I call the Life COMPASS Leadership Model, which forms the foundation of all my coaching and training.

As its name suggests, the Life COMPASS model is all about enabling individuals and families to find divine direction and alignment in every arena of their lives.

I have used it with people from all walks of life and of varied personality types — and God is true to His Word — it works!

I believe that is because the Life COMPASS model is:

• Insightful and grounded in a rich understanding of the human psyche and personality
• Authentic and genuine - not a quick-fix, short-cut approach to life and success
• Holistic in its perspective, embracing all arenas of life — not just work and career
• Integrative. It is a unique system of learning technologies that draws the best (and only the best!) from the fields of behavioral coaching, psychology, motivation, leadership training, neuroscience, accelerated learning, peak performance, character education and personality profiling — all filtered and viewed through the lens of a biblical worldview.
